WorkGenius Group in Compton, CA is seeking a Warehouse & Operations Manager for events logistics on a 6-month contract with potential conversion to full-time. You will lead daily warehouse and field operations, ensuring projects are prepared and executed on schedule.

Responsibilities include staffing coordination, vehicle and equipment management, hiring and training staff, tracking inventory, and maintaining records while improving processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, event production, or field operations.
• Experience supervising and managing teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with inventory systems, scheduling tools, and basic computer applications; reliable and proactive approach to operations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily warehouse and field operations, ensuring projects are prepared and executed on schedule.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, vehicles, equipment, and supplies for upcoming jobs.
• Hire, train, schedule, and manage warehouse staff, drivers, and production assistants.
• Track inventory and equipment movement; document missing or damaged items and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor warehouse organization, vehicle condition, driver compliance, employee time entries, and operational systems while resolving issues and improving processes.
