Salary: $16.00–$16.50 per hour

Job summary

Concordia Language Villages, a program of Concordia College, seeks an Event Assistant to support the Distribution Center by receiving, organizing, recording, and delivering food, mail, and supplies to Village sites and programs in Bemidji, MN. This part-time role features a variable schedule based on program needs.

You will help ensure events run smoothly, perform loading/unloading, and assist with database entry for deliveries and invoices.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a varied schedule according to organizational needs.
• Preferred: current driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Experience driving a van or light truck.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and deliver supplies to Language Village sites and programs.
• Pick, record, and deliver items for events and programming.
• Operate company vehicles for transporting supplies.
• Enter invoices and deliveries into database.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
