The Resort at Longboat Key Club is seeking an Events Liaison to coordinate and manage all facets of event planning, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences at our premier Florida resort.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, manage budgets and timelines, and support marketing efforts for resort events. A strong focus on communication, organization, and flexibility is essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in event planning, coordination, or related hospitality role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Proficiency with event management software and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Longboat Key area is a plus.
