Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking energetic Events Team Members to bring our bakery experience to life at events across our communities, including in-franchise locations and off-site events. You’ll represent the brand, assist with setup, transport, and guest interactions, and support sampling, promotions, and sales while maintaining a welcoming event space.

Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, and able to work daytimes, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with customers and the community.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and take direction when needed.
• Flexible and willing to adjust your schedule based on event needs.
• Available to work daytime, evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with clean driving record.
• Willing and able to drive to all five bakery locations and event sites when needed.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with being in photos and social media postings of events.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Represent Nothing Bundt Cakes in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, transportation, and cleanup.
• Help transport cakes, products, displays, supplies, and other event materials.
• Interact with guests and customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist with product sampling, promotions, sales, and other event activities.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming event space.
• Work collaboratively with the Director of Marketing, bakery leadership, and fellow Events Team Members.
• Travel to different bakery locations and off-site events as needed.
• Be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors and in a variety of event environments.
• Take initiative and help wherever needed to ensure a successful event.
