Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in event planning, hospitality operations, conference services, venue management, or large-scale program logistics; 7 years preferred.
• Experience planning multi-day convenings and executive-level gatherings with strong attention to service and logistics.
• Direct hotel, resort, conference center, catering, or venue-based experience is preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects with deadlines while maintaining communication and participant experience.
• Procurement, vendor coordination, contract management, invoicing, and event budget tracking experience preferred.
• Experience serving veteran or nonprofit communities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of events across the entrepreneurship portfolio.
• Develop and manage detailed event plans, timelines, run-of-show documents, and checklists.
• Partner with program leads to align objectives with operational event plans.
• Travel to events as needed for onsite coordination and post-event debriefs.
• Manage multiple event workstreams and ensure high-quality, mission-aligned delivery.
• Support programs with varied formats, locations, and audiences within the portfolio.
