Primary Job Responsibilities

• Hospitality & Customer Service: Assist in serving customers coffee and meals with professionalism and warmth; Support food and beverage preparation and presentation; Ensure high standards of customer and employee satisfaction.
• Event Planning & Execution: Assist with planning, organizing, and executing company events; Coordinate vendors, venues, materials, and logistics; Manage event timelines and on-site support; Assist with event setup and breakdown.
• Travel & Administrative Support: Arrange domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, ground transportation); Prepare travel itineraries and supporting documentation; Assist with expense tracking and reporting; Update information (new customers, new contacts, leads, etc.) into CRM software and ERP System.
• Trade Show Support: Support trade show planning and logistics; Coordinate trade show booth materials and shipping.
• Content Creation Support: Help capture photos and videos during events and daily operations; Assist with creating social media and promotional content.
