Support the Marketing Department with assigned tasks related to market research, sales enablement, lead generation, CRM database administration and other areas deemed appropriate by the Marketing team.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Interact with the Marketing team to understand databases/systems and their applications.
• Perform market, product, and industry research to help increase market share.
• Create sales enablement tools to support the sales team and promote revenue generation.
• Communicate with colleagues to understand and document team objectives.
• Help develop resources, tools, and programs for the Marketing team.
• Support the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system administration along with lead generation.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Marketing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business.
• Computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office Suite) preferred.

Physical Requirements

Duties are primarily performed in an office environment while sitting at a desk or computer terminal. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hear. The employee is also required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms. Duties may take the incumbent onto the shop floor for extended periods of time to resolve issues or locate/coordinate orders. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Environmental requirements include working indoors in a high noise level and humid environment.
