Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, preparation, and execution of events, activations, and promotional experiences.
• Represent Start Club professionally and enthusiastically at events and in the community.
• Welcome and engage with attendees, creating a positive guest experience.
• Communicate with attendees to understand interests and introduce Start Club offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and attendees.
• Help generate interest and excitement around Start Club’s services and events.
• Support event registration, check-in, outreach, and attendee communication.
• Identify opportunities to expand engagement and encourage attendees to take the next step with Start Club.
• Assist with promotional campaigns, community outreach, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Work closely with Events and Marketing teams to meet goals.
• Collect attendee feedback and provide insights for future events.
• Coordinate event materials, supplies, vendors, and on-site logistics.
• Maintain a professional, upbeat, and solution-oriented presence at events.
