Job summary

Bethel-Church-of-Redding in Redding, CA is seeking an Events Creative and Ministry Pastor. This full-time role (30 hours per week) partners with leadership to develop spiritual growth for our global church community, including ministering to attendees and guiding Bethel Music volunteers.

The position involves travel, training, counseling, and overseeing resources to support worship events and large gatherings. A strong ministry background is required.

Qualifications

• Believes and adheres to the beliefs and vision of Bethel Church.
• Completion of two years of BSSM or equivalent school of ministry.
• Experience with pastoral facilities of large group settings and one-on-one settings.
• Experience leading volunteer teams and distributing ministry resources.
• Ability to meet physical requirements and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement creative vision for Bethel Music events.
• Train, counsel and provide spiritual oversight to Bethel Music volunteers.
• Distribute Bethel Music products and resources.
• Plan and lead pastoring of large group gatherings.
• Meet regularly with attendees and volunteers for prayer and pastoral counsel.
• Forecast resource needs for equipping the global church.
• Contribute to team efforts and related results as needed.
