The role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and a hands-on approach to budgeting, timelines, and service details.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event planning, catering coordination, or hospitality management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistics.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
• Manage catering arrangements, including menu selection & upselling, dietary requirements, and service timing.
• Develop detailed event timelines and checklists to ensure smooth execution.
• Liaise with vendors, staff, and clients to coordinate setup, execution, and breakdown of events.
• Monitor event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during events promptly and professionally.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to foster repeat business and positive referrals.
