Job summary

Larkin's Catering & Events is seeking a driven Catering & Events Sales Manager responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and guiding events from inquiry to execution. You will partner with the Catering Operations Manager, culinary team, and staff to deliver memorable experiences.

The role requires strong organization, sales focus, and the ability to juggle multiple events while meeting revenue targets. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality, catering, or venue/event sales.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and planning abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Generate new catering and event business through prospecting and networking.
• Respond to inquiries via TripleSeat, email, phone, and website.
• Conduct venue tours and client consultations.
• Prepare proposals, menus, pricing, and event recommendations.
• Negotiate contracts while maintaining pricing standards.
• Collaborate with culinary, operations, and leadership teams.
• Ensure contracts and deposits are completed per policy.
• Attend events to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
