MTM LLC is seeking a Brand Ambassador to create a positive in-person experience at events, fairs, and stores in the community. You will engage attendees, showcase products, and help generate qualified leads for the direct sales team.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, reliable, able to stand for long periods, and have a valid driver’s license. The role offers schedule flexibility, a competitive base wage plus bonuses, and growth with a fast‑moving company.

Qualifications

• Requires good interpersonal and communication skills to engage with attendees and promote products.
• Outgoing and energetic personality; able to start conversations and drive interest.
• Able to work weekends and travel to events, fairs, and stores in the community.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods while representing the brand.

Responsabilités

• Represent the company professionally at all stores, events, fairs, festivals, community events, and similar venues.
• Be outgoing, upbeat, and actively engaging with homeowners, answer questions, and create a positive first impression.
• Act as a subject matter expert for prospective customers by answering questions about our products and services while showcasing our value proposition.
• Obtain complete information from prospective customers for scheduling appointments and entering homeowners into our sweepstakes.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized booth, showroom, or store promotions area, ensuring materials are readily available.
• Follow all security protocols for the safekeeping of technology equipment.
• Work well without close supervision, keeping the manager informed of daily activities and challenges.
• Performs other duties as assigned that may include calling prospective leads and other marketing tasks.
