Job summary

Your Home Improvement Company seeks a Brand Ambassador to represent us at trade shows, retail locations, and promotional events. You will engage the public, promote products and services, generate leads, and deliver exceptional customer experiences to strengthen brand awareness.

The role involves traveling to events, setting up displays, collecting reviews/referrals, and occasional door-to-door outreach. A professional, energetic demeanor and flexible availability (including evenings/weekends)

Qualifications

• Experience in brand promotion, retail sales, or marketing preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to engage the public and start conversations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company at trade shows, expos, retail locations, and promotional events.
• Engage customers to educate on products and services.
• Generate leads and support sales through face-to-face interactions.
• Transport, assemble, maintain, and break down event displays and materials.
• Ensure all displays and equipment remain clean, functional, organized, and presentable.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, retail partners, and event attendees.
• Conduct occasional follow-up visits to collect reviews and referrals.
• Strengthen customer relationships and brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on campaigns.
