Mehta Marketing Inc. is seeking a Brand Ambassador to drive customer acquisition and retention at retail and events venues. You will engage with customers face-to-face, represent the brand, and support upselling and cross-selling efforts in designated territories.

The role focuses on building relationships with consumers, managing accounts, and conveying market insights to the campaign team to optimize event success and client satisfaction.

Formación

• 1-3 years of experience in retail, events, event management, brand ambassador work, account management, or related field.
• Prior experience as a Brand Ambassador is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer accounts in retail and events division, specifically customer acquisition and customer retention.
• Work as a Brand Ambassador, day-to-day working with customers face to face at local venues.
• Upsell, cross sell, and troubleshoot products and services.
• Territory management.
• Track data to evaluate market trends and communicate with campaign team including sales managers, team leaders, and client success.
