Job summary

Round1 Entertainment Inc. is opening a new family entertainment facility in Escondido, CA. We seek a Bowling Manager to lead the bowling, karaoke and events departments, driving sales, staffing, and guest satisfaction in a high-energy environment.

You will supervise staff, manage rentals and parties, and promote memberships while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Evening/weekend availability is required and 21+ to handle alcohol services.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hospitality management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Open availability, especially nights and weekends; must be 21+ to handle alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the bowling department's sales, profits, staffing and operations.
• Manage rentals and party bookings and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead staff recruitment, training, scheduling, performance reviews and coaching.
• Proactively promote bowling games, memberships and events.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA) and audit accuracy.
• Coordinate special events and maintain equipment and supplies.
