Job summary

Platinum Coastal Group is seeking an entry-level, on-site hospitality team member to support day-to-day service and live event execution. The role emphasizes face-to-face interaction with guests and attendees in a highly interactive environment.

You will assist guests in person, help with setup and registration, manage service areas, and respond to routine requests while collaborating across departments to ensure a polished guest experience.

Qualifications
