Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $20.00/hr

The Events and Wedding Supervisor (age 18+) is responsible for supporting all events and wedding services offered at Willow Ridge. This role requires a motivated results-focused, detail oriented, and computer proficient individual who can work independently, as well as alongside the Events and Wedding Venue Manager. This will include administrative duties, along with day-of event support, and post-event follow-up, along with other administrative duties to support both Willow Ridge and Camp Fimfo Texas Hill Country.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Admin support of Sales Strategy and Planningnd update wedding events calendar
  • Create and distribute BEOs to park operations
  • Attend park leadership meetings to share information as necessary
  • Assist in conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
  • Assist in coordinating with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of events and weddings
  • Ensure all payments and deposits are entered and recorded accurately
  • Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for GM, ROM, and Revenue Team.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
  • Act as an axillary administrative support to general park operations
  • Participate in other projects and activities as assigned


Education/Training/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Hospitality, or a related experience preferred
  • Proven experience in administrative capacity (sales, preferably in the events or hospitality industry)


Qualifications/Requirements

  • Must be available on nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong understanding of event planning and execution processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient in CRM software and G Suite
  • This position may require occasional travel for client meetings and industry events
  • Flexible work hours with nights, weekend and holiday availability required


Essential Physical Demands

  • Able to lift up to 20 lbs
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position
  • Regularly move throughout the park
  • Continuously climb, balance, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and crawl
  • Able to manipulate fingers, hands, and arms to reach, carry, lift, etc
  • Constant outdoor exposure to elements and weather
