Please note the differences in our onsite and offsite coordinator positions. You will have the option to choose which one you are interested in when you apply. Please review our website for more details. Onsite coordinators serve an apartment community for 16-20 hours per week and live onsite for a reduced amount. Offsite coordinators serve for 3-9 hours per week, do not live at the community, and are compensated by an hourly wage.

Apartment Life coordinators create and provide an excellent experience to residents and staff. They are passionate about AL's mission and combine this with skills to plan events, communicate effectively, and show genuine care, impacting the community and residents' lives.

A coordinator's work is summarized as: Care, Connect, and Call.

We seek mission-minded, relational, responsible coordinators who enjoy meeting new people, planning activities, and helping others experience God's love. They integrate excellence in business with loving their neighbors.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Plan and host 2-4 monthly events to care for and connect residents, and link them to community resources.
  • Provide a caring touch to residents and staff with community support.
  • Enhance online reputation through resident engagement.
  • Create marketing materials like calendars, flyers, and social media posts.
  • Manage event budgets.
  • Prepare monthly summaries.
  • Meet with staff and program director for planning and development.
  • Engage volunteers, vendors, and community partners.
  • Visit new residents and those near lease end to connect.
Required Qualifications
  • Must be 18+ years old.
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Basic fluency in English for marketing and reports.
  • Current driver's license, liability insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Physically able to use stairs, bend, sit, stand, stoop, and carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to commit to the minimum term at the community.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in event planning.
  • Experience managing budgets.
  • Experience with social media.
  • Support network of volunteers or community partners.
