- The Concierge role is located in Asheville, NC.
- This is a part-time onsite position, serving approximately 15-18 hours per week with deeply discounted rent in a luxury two-bedroom unit. This is not a paid position.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with local partners to deliver quality community programs.
- Plan and host activities, visit residents, and engage online to enhance reputation.
- Provide excellent resident service with kindness and creativity.
- Communicate regularly with onsite staff and meet biweekly with supervisors.
- Oversee activities and report on program impact.

Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years in outreach or ministry preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication, event planning, networking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass background checks and have reliable transportation.
- Availability for weekly hours and commitment to the community.
Additional Requirements
- Must be 18+, eligible to work in the U.S., and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Physical ability to perform duties and access community resources.
- Own a computer and personal phone for communication and reporting.
