Important Details

• Our roles are unique. Please review the differences between Onsite and Offsite coordinators on our website.
• Onsite coordinators serve a community for 16-20 hours/week and live onsite for part of that time. They typically have more availability.
• Offsite coordinators serve for 3-9 hours/week without living at the community. Compensation is $18-20/hour.

Apartment Life coordinators serve by:

• Planning and hosting 2-4 resident events monthly to foster care and connection.
• Providing a caring touch to residents and staff, leveraging community support.
• Encouraging residents to share positive experiences online.
• Managing monthly calendars, event flyers, social media, budgets, and meetings for planning and development.
• Engaging volunteers, vendors, and community partners to maximize impact.
• Visiting residents post-move-in and near lease end to foster relationships.

Effective coordinators are:

Must-have qualifications:

• Be 18+ years old.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (at least one team member).
• Basic English fluency for marketing and reporting.
• Possess a driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Physically able to perform duties (stairs, sitting, standing, lifting up to 25 lbs).
• Available to commit weekly hours and the minimum term.
