The Coordinator, Resident Services (CRS) will be responsible for executing the service plan of Apartment Life’s onsite program communities. This leader will be passionate about AL's vision and mission, helping residents navigate social needs and crises such as Financial Assistance, Food Assistance, Unemployment Filing, At-Risk Youth, rent relief, and career counseling.

This position reports to the regional Program Management leader and collaborates closely with the onsite management team. The CRS aims to impact residents' lives by providing support, programming, needs assistance, and resources to promote stability for individuals and families.

The CRS will work with their supervisor to prepare a community service schedule, determine appropriate monthly programming (workshops/classes, one-on-one meetings, after-school programs, community activities), and update resource lists for residents monthly.

**Important Details:**

• This is a part-time role serving one community in Arlington, TX, requiring 12-15 hours weekly.
• The role is offsite; the coordinator will drive to the community and be paid hourly.
• Work hours are weekdays during the day (Monday-Friday).
• The community is for 55+ Adults; the coordinator must have a heart for this demographic.
• The coordinator will plan and host community events monthly to promote social engagement, wellness, and stability.
• The role involves creating a monthly activity schedule and connecting residents to local resources.
• Effective communication with onsite staff and supervisors is essential, along with activity reporting each month.

Additional responsibilities include coordinating with partners, hosting workshops, assisting residents with needs, overseeing activities, and maintaining effective communication.

**Background, Experience, and Education:**

• Bachelor's degree or related experience in event planning, social impact, or human services.
• Experience with at-risk populations is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English, event planning, organization, conflict resolution, and basic computer skills.

**Competence:**

• Verbal and written communication, networking, time management, conflict resolution, professionalism, and tech skills.

**Must-Haves:**

• Be 18+, eligible to work in the U.S., possess a driver’s license and insurance, have reliable transportation, and be physically capable of performing role duties.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and commit to at least one year.
• Own a computer and personal phone for communication and reporting.
