Join us as an Events and Ministry Coordinator at Apartment Life

We are seeking passionate, mission-minded individuals to create a positive impact in our apartment communities. As a coordinator, your role will focus on caring for residents, connecting them through engaging events, and demonstrating genuine hospitality. You will have the option to choose between onsite and offsite positions, each with different responsibilities and time commitments. Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and host 2-4 monthly events to foster community and connect residents with local services and businesses.
  • Provide personal care and support to residents and staff.
  • Enhance online reputation through resident engagement and social media.
  • Create marketing materials such as calendars, flyers, and social media content.
  • Manage event budgets and prepare monthly summaries.
  • Collaborate with staff and volunteers to maximize community impact.
  • Visit new residents and those nearing lease end to build relationships.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Basic English communication skills for marketing and reporting.
  • Valid driver’s license, liability insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Physical ability to perform duties, including stairs, sitting, standing, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends, and commit to the minimum term.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in event planning and working within a budget.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Support network of volunteers, vendors, or community partners.
