Sodexo Live! is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting across multiple venues in Colorado. You will ensure internal controls, manage AP/AR, month-end close, and support audits in a fast‑paced food and beverage environment.

Lead cross‑functional teams, partner with operations and department heads to drive accuracy, compliance with GAAP, and timely financial performance analysis. Hours may include nights or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associates degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Experience in a leadership role in financial reporting and accounting.
• Previous Accounting / Retail Revenue experience within a food service environment preferred.
• Exceptional computer literacy with advance-level EXCEL and Microsoft Office Suite software
• Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles, to include Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Strong ability to analyze financial data and prepare ad-hoc financial reports, statements and projections as needed.
• Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management.
• Self-starter who can work independently and work on several tasks/projects simultaneously, and who can contribute to functional areas of the business outside of the finance area.
• Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Month-end and year-end close, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations.
• Prepare and review GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and records.
• Oversee AP/AR to ensure timely payments and collections.
• Reconcile vendor statements; manage disputes.
• Support inventory accounting with operations and supply chain.
• Monitor and analyze cost variances (food, labor, overhead).
• Implement and maintain internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with policies, tax regulations, standards.
• Assist with audits.
• Assist budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
• Analyze variances; provide recommendations.
