Social House Holiday is seeking a Season Zone Manager for Nationals Park in Washington, DC. You will own the coverage and execution of activations within your assigned zone and supervise area leads during each shift, ensuring staff stay on task and guests have smooth experiences.

Season dates run mid-November through early January with evening shifts, weekends, and holidays required. You are the frontline leader on site, with radio communication to the event manager and a focus on safety,

Qualifications

Prior experience managing a team in a live event, hospitality, or high-volume service environment.
Comfortable leading in fast-paced, high-guest-volume settings with competing priorities.
Strong communication skills: clear on radio and in person.

Responsabilités

Own the coverage and execution of all activations within your assigned zone.
Manage the area leads assigned to your zone during each shift.
Run pre and post-shift briefings, set expectations for the night, and debrief on issues.
Catch guest concerns, operational issues, and staff situations before they reach the event manager.
Maintain radio communication with the event manager and area leads throughout the event.
Submit end-of-shift reports covering zone performance, any incidents, and attendance notes.
