Job summary

Quest-Events-LLC is hiring a Warehouse Assistant in Phoenix, AZ, to support the Operations team and ensure asset quality. The role includes inventory of assets, prepping equipment for events, shipping, and assisting with installation and dismantling of events as required.

Candidates should have 1+ year of event or warehouse experience, be able to work a varied schedule including weekends, and possess a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in the Event Industry or warehouse job experience.
• Ability to adapt to a varying schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Inventory and shipping experience preferred.
• Must be able to speak, write, and understand English fluently.
• Positive interpersonal interactions and strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy of inventoried assets daily.
• Assist with quality control of assets (cleanliness, damage, repairs).
• Facilitate internal equipment transfers.
• Maintain equipment inventory for events with correct paperwork.
• Follow warehouse safety regulations.
• Know products Quest Events offers, including installation and dismantling.
• Keep warehouse area organized and clean.
• Drive duties including freight drop off/pickup.
