Job summary

St Johns Illuminations Inc is seeking a proactive Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, receive shipments, process orders, and maintain inventory organization. You may also assist on-site with event setups and breakdowns as needed.

The role emphasizes physical duties, attention to detail, and the ability to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Pull stock to fulfill and prepare orders for event setups.
• Ensure orders are accurate and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Inspect incoming shipments for damages, defects, or errors.
• Clean and organize warehouse and supplies.
• Assist on jobs when needed, including tents, dancefloors, stages, tables and chairs.
