Job summary

The Venue Attendant position at Evolving Solution Services supports events by maintaining venue operations and ensuring guest safety. This part-time role runs primarily from 4pm to 12am, with responsibilities spanning facility checks, cleanliness, and guest assistance throughout each event.

Responsibilities

• Maintain venue quality and operations: check AC/Heating temperature regularly.
• Conduct hourly venue sweeps to inspect water features, lights and general issues.
• Check restrooms for cleanliness and stock hygiene supplies all night.
• Clean spills safely and manage housekeeping during events.
• Collect trash and transfer full bags to the on-site dumpster.
• Deliver top-notch customer service: greet guests and clients at the event.
• Be available to clients and bridal party for needs and questions.
• Work with vendors to answer questions and ensure policy compliance.
