Banquet Utility – Grand Casinos Mille Lacs/Hinckley

What You’ll Do
- Set up tables, chairs, staging, podiums, and other equipment for meetings and events
- Tear down event setups and restore rooms to standard layouts
- Maintain storage rooms, event equipment, and work areas in clean, organized condition
- Assist with bussing, dishwashing, and event cleanup as needed
- Follow room diagrams and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to ensure accurate setup
- Report maintenance issues or equipment concerns to leadership promptly
- Support team members and Servers to ensure efficient event flow
- Complete assigned side work and cleaning tasks on time
- Work respectfully with all Banquet, Culinary, and Event team members

What You Bring
- One year of experience in hospitality, event setup, or utility support preferred
- Ability to read diagrams and follow setup instructions accurately
- Calm, reliable presence and a positive team attitude
- Must be able to secure a license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA)
- Responsible for following all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGRs)
- Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by guest needs or event schedules
- Standing/walking for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
