Job summary

The Georgia World Congress Center Authority (GWCCA) is hiring a Traffic Manager to oversee campus traffic, parking, and event-related logistics. Reporting to Public Safety, you will coordinate with local law enforcement, negotiate with external agencies, and develop traffic action plans for high-profile events at the GWCCA campus.

Ideal candidates will have a college degree in civil engineering/traffic management and 3+ years designing traffic plans, with strong collaboration and customer

Qualifications

• College degree with emphasis on traffic management or related field.
• Minimum of three years designing traffic plans and coordinating events.
• Experience coordinating with law enforcement and public agencies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop traffic management plans for all events on the GWCCA campus.
• Coordinate on-duty and off-duty law enforcement staffing for events.
• Collaborate with campus partners and external agencies to ensure safety and flow.
• Manage budgets for traffic operations and related services.
• Represent GWCCA with neighborhoods and city/state transportation entities.
