Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Technical Consultant to join our customer-facing support team in Redmond. You will apply deep knowledge of hardware, software, and networking to assist executives and high-end clients at client sites.

This full-time role requires on-site show-site work, collaboration with a tech lead and project manager on events, installation and configuration of equipment, and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional standards. Travel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update knowledge of current technologies through continual research and training.

• Provide top-tier technical support for executives and highly technical clients.
• Install and configure technical equipment and systems required for each event.
• Continually develop leadership and technical skills through self-motivation.
• Uphold and promote professional standards of conduct both in the office and on show-site.
