Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand written materials and instructions.
• Customer service experience or aptitude.
• Ability to safely and accurately use assorted chemicals and cleaning appliances.

Responsibilities

• Open the Forum building and rooms for events, including setting up chairs and tables.
• Check room setups and client needs before and during events.
• Make beverages and put out supplies and catering items.
• Clean and restock serving supplies.
• Provide customer service to clients, including troubleshooting AV equipment issues and last-minute requests.
• Tech support for audio visual equipment as needed.
• Clean, sweep, mop back room and spills, and take out trash/boxes after events.
• Monitor safety and maintenance needs within the building.
• Other related duties as assigned
