Job summary

Arena Americas is seeking an Event Structures Installer to build and dismantle event environments on a nationwide basis. You’ll join a hands-on team delivering bold spaces for major events, traveling up to 75% and working flexible hours.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, physical stamina, and a strong team attitude. You’ll use hand tools and drills, read layouts, and contribute to safe, on-time project completion.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide up to 75% of the time.
  • Availability to work long and flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Install and dismantle frame tents, temporary structures, staging, and flooring for live events nationwide.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, and fellow Installers to complete builds safely, accurately, and on schedule.
  • Use hand tools, hand-powered drills, and basic equipment to complete installations.
  • Read measurements, layouts, and instructions to ensure precise builds.
  • Load, unload, and move materials and equipment as part of event setup and teardown.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites at all times.
  • Represent Arena professionally while working at client sites and event venues.

How You’ll Support the Structure
  • Install and dismantle frame tents, temporary structures, staging, and flooring for live events nationwide

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience

  • Willingness to travel nationwide up to 75% of the time

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety

Bonus Points If You Have These
  • Previous experience installing tents, temporary structures, staging, or event infrastructure
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Forklift certification or experience operating material‑handling equipment
  • Mechanical aptitude or prior experience using tools in construction, events, or similar environments
