Job summary

PTL Events is looking for experienced and aspiring hospitality professionals to join our Event Staff roster, covering server, bartender, captain, and general event support roles.

You will work at client events with guest service, bar service, food and beverage support, check-in, and crowd flow coordination. Pay varies by role and market; travel to out-of-town events may be available for qualified staff; TIPS certification is a plus in some bartending placements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or events preferred (servers, bartenders, captains especially).
• Professional, polished, and comfortable in high-end, client-facing environments.
• Reliable availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
• TIPS Certification a plus (required for some bartending placements, location-dependent).

Responsibilities
