Job summary

PTL Events seeks motivated hospitality professionals to join our Event Staff roster as servers, bartenders, captains, or general event support. You’ll work at diverse events, delivering guest service and bar support while ensuring smooth guest flow.

TIPS certification is preferred for some bartending placements, and there may be travel to out-of-town events for those with transportation. Flexible scheduling covers single events to multi-day activations, with pay varying by role and market.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, catering, or events preferred.
• Professional, polished, client-facing demeanor.
• Reliable availability including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests as server, bartender, captain, or general event support staff.
• Assist with guest service, bar service, food and beverage support, check-in and guest flow.
• Coordinate back-of-house tasks as needed.
