Job summary

PTL Events is seeking experienced hospitality professionals to join our Event Staff roster for a variety of roles including server, bartender, captain, and general event support.

Staff work flexible shifts ranging from single events to multi-day activations, with pay varying by role and market. Travel to out-of-town events may be available for those with transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, catering, or events preferred.
• Strong communication and composure under pressure.
• Reliable availability, including evenings and weekends.
• TIPS certification is a plus (required for some bartending placements, location-dependent)

Responsibilities

• Serve as server, bartender, captain, or general event staff.

What You'll Be Doing

Working events as a server, bartender, captain, or general event support staff, depending on your experience and the needs of each booking. Roles can include guest service, bar service, food and beverage support, check-in and guest flow, and back-of-house coordination.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or events preferred (servers, bartenders, captains especially)
• Professional, polished, and comfortable in high-end, client-facing environments
• Reliable availability, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and the ability to stay composed under pressure
• TIPS Certification a plus (required for some bartending placements, location-dependent)
