Job summary

PTL Events is seeking energetic individuals to join our Event Staff roster, filling roles such as server, bartender, captain, or general event support. You will engage guests, support bar and food service, and help ensure smooth event execution.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or events experience, are comfortable in high-end environments, and can work evenings, weekends, and multiple-day activations as needed. TIPS certification is a plus for bartending shifts, depending on location.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or events preferred (servers, bartenders, captains especially)
• Professional, polished, and comfortable in high-end, client-facing environments
• Reliable availability, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and the ability to stay composed under pressure
• TIPS Certification a plus (required for some bartending placements, location-dependent)

Responsibilities

• Serve guests at events as a server, bartender, captain, or general event support staff
• Provide bar service, food and beverage support, and guest assistance
• Assist with check-in and guest flow, including coordinating seating or crowd movement
• Support back-of-house coordination and event logistics as needed

What You'll Be Doing
