Job summary

Harvest Advertising Inc. is seeking energetic Event Staff to assist with promotional activities, event preparation, and attendee engagement in Austin, TX. You will welcome attendees, share information about activities, and help ensure events run smoothly and professionally.

Ideal candidates are personable, dependable, and able to work well in a dynamic team setting. Prior event experience is helpful but not required, and training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing event spaces, arranging materials, and organizing promotional displays.
• Welcome attendees and provide general information about event activities.
• Help distribute approved promotional materials and explain relevant company offerings.
• Support event registration, attendee direction, and other assigned activities.
• Maintain clean, organized, and presentable event areas throughout each assignment.
• Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and address changing event needs.
• Assist with setup and breakdown while following established safety procedures.
• Represent Harvest Advertising Inc. with a positive and professional attitude.
