Kinetic Events Staffing is hiring event staff at Cache Creek Casino Resort in Brooks, CA (not a casino job) to support entertainment and concert series. Shifts start in July and recur every few weeks with a flexible schedule.

Pay is $21.50 per hour, mostly on Friday & Saturday evenings after 5pm, with 5-hour shifts and typically 1–4 shows per month. Duties include ushering, section management within the venue, and occasional ticket scanning.

Kinetic Events Staffing is hiring event staffing positions at Cache Creek Casino Resort in Brooks, CA (14455 CA-16, Brooks, CA 95606). Note that this is not a casino job, but a position supporting the entertainment and concert series. We have shifts starting in July and throughout the year every few weeks. We offer a flexible schedule (take shifts that fit your schedule), opportunities for advancement, and a fun professional work environment.

Job Description

• Pay is $21.50 per hour
• Shifts are 5 hours in duration and mainly on Friday & Saturday evenings after 5pm.
• Typically, one to four shows per month (5 to 20 hours total of available work).
• Job duties include ushering, section management within the entertainment venue, and occasional ticket scanning. At the event of the shift, you will be required to help with minor teardown, which includes moving & lifting chairs (up to 25 lbs).
• Rest breaks (10 mins) are paid, and parking is free onsite.
• You must wear your own uniform (not provided by Kinetic/client). Staff must wear a white, long-sleeved, collared shirt and black slacks with black closed-toed, comfortable dress shoes

• Saturday, October 10th: 6:30 PM-11:30 PM
• Friday, October 16th: 6:30 PM-11:30 PM
• Friday, October 23rd: 6:30 PM-11:30 PM

Job Requirements

• Per venue requirements, you must be 21 years or older to enter the facility/work these events.
• Must have a considerable background in front-facing customer service roles.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a standard shift (typically 4-12 hours), except during designated rest breaks and meal periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Must be punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts.
• Must have proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor, appearance, and actions while on the job.
• Limited phone use during shifts.
• Must adhere to all legal regulations and company policies set by Kinetic Events Staffing.

Ideal Candidates

• Previous event or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Flexible and adaptable as job duties and schedules may change based on client needs.
• Tech-savvy and willing to learn new tasks and skills.
• Local to Sacramento/Brooks, CA area. Kinetic Events/our clients do not provide travel reimbursements.
