Job summary

Kinetic Events Staffing is seeking Conference Staff for an Anaheim event at the Anaheim Convention Center, Oct 28–30, 2026. This role covers registration, line and flow management, and attendee assistance in a fast-paced convention environment.

Pay is $24/hr with weekly direct deposits. Parking reimbursement up to $25/hr. Staff attire requires black button-down shirts and black slacks. Availability for all scheduled shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have considerable background in front-facing customer service roles.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a standard shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Must be punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts.
• Must have proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Limited phone use during shifts.

Kinetic Events Staffing is in search of Conference Staff for an event in Anaheim happening from Wednesday, October 28th, 2026, to Friday, October 30th, 2026. Job Description

• This conference will be held at Anaheim Convention Center (800 W Katella Ave, Convention Center, Anaheim, CA, USA)
• Job duties include registration, line and flow management, attendee questions and other general event duties.
• Pay Rate is $24/hr. We pay weekly via direct deposit!
• Parking is reimbursable up to $25/hr
• Staff must wear black button-down shirts and black slacks with black comfortable shoes.

Shift Details

Note: Staff must be fully available to be considered for the role.

• Wednesday, October 28th:
  • 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Thursday, October 29th:
  • 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Friday, October 30th:
  • 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Job Requirements

• Must have a considerable background in front-facing customer service roles.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a standard shift (typically 4-12 hours), except during designated rest breaks and meal periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Must be punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts.
• Must have proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor, appearance, and actions while on the job.
• Limited phone use during shifts.
• Must adhere to all legal regulations and company policies set by Kinetic Events Staffing.
