Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking part-time Event Staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences at concerts, games, and events. You will support entry, wayfinding, and venue services, serving as ambassadors for LAZ Live and our venue partners.

Roles include Ushers, Ticket Agents, Access Control, and General Event Attendants. Must be 18+, with strong customer service and communication skills; schedules include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide directions
• Assist with seating and venue navigation
