Job summary

Allied Universal® Event Services is seeking energetic Event Staff to support college sporting events in Eastern Washington University venues. The role emphasizes guest greeting, ushering, ticketing, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

Weekly pay at $18.50/hr with orientation/training paid at $17.13/hr. Part-time, flexible schedules up to 30 hours/week, and ongoing training are offered, ideal for students or those seeking extra income.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must successfully complete a background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test; may include Driver’s Record check.
• Professional, articulate, and able to use good judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Welcome, usher, and direct guests; collect or scan tickets and verify wristbands/badges.
• Provide directions and information to enhance guests’ experience.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests.
