Job Description

Are you eager to be part of the action? Looking to earn extra money and work around other commitments? Join our team! We offer part-time, flexible scheduling at $15.50 an hour.

Please note: Applying for this position means you are applying for Allied Universal Event Staff - Part-Time only. We do not hire or interview for Guard positions through this posting. If hired, you will be ineligible for Guard roles and vice versa. Do not continue if you seek a Full-Time Guard position.

As Event Staff, your duties include collecting tickets, welcoming and guiding guests, and providing excellent customer service. You will also direct foot traffic and maintain the cleanliness and operational efficiency of designated areas.

Essential Duties
  1. Assist in all aspects of event day setup and execution.
  2. Manage venue entry, including scanning tickets, verifying wristbands and badges, and directing guests.
  3. Understand policies and procedures for different venues and events.
  4. Greet guests warmly upon arrival and thank them upon departure.
  5. Provide helpful directions or suggestions to enhance guests' experience.
  6. Maintain a friendly tone, smile, and use a natural speaking voice in interactions.
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must pass background checks, drug tests, and possibly a driver’s record check.
  • Professional, articulate, with good judgment and discretion.
  • Ability to work overtime if needed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
