Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group in Palos Verdes, CA is seeking Seasonal Event Staff to help deliver thrilling guest experiences during the late Sept–early Nov season. You will guide guests, manage crowds, and support immersive environments in a high-energy attraction.

Ideal candidates are 18+, authorized to work in the US, available evenings, weekends, and holidays, and comfortable in dark, loud settings with strobe and fog. A positive attitude and strong teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Traffic flow management: Guide guests through the attraction, keep lines moving, ensure safety and guest experience.
• Customer service: Deliver friendly, professional assistance at every interaction and explain rules and layouts.
• Event operations: Assist in setup/teardown, keep areas clean and ready for action, support props and effects.
• Safety and security: Stay alert for hazards, report issues, and cooperate with security to maintain a safe environment.
• Communication: Coordinate with actors, managers and team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
