A craft distillery in Florida invites energetic individuals to join as Event's Shineslinger. You'll represent the brand at festivals and events while engaging with attendees and driving sales. What You’ll Do

• Represent the brand at festivals and events with confidence and enthusiasm
• Engage attendees and drive product sales
• Conduct lifestyle mixology classes and educate guests on creative drink preparation
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships
• Manage your own event setup, breakdown, and execution
• Assist with light bartending while maintaining strong brand engagement
• Collaborate with event organizers and fellow vendors to ensure smooth operations

What the Role Requires

• Outgoing, sales-driven personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and confidently manage your own event
• Basic knowledge of mixology and bartending techniques
• Experience in event engagement or coordination preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Thursday–Sunday availability (majority of events fall on weekends)
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift and transport items up to 30 lbs Flexibility to work at the distillery when not scheduled for events
