Quest Events LLC is seeking an Event Installer to join our team. This customer service oriented role focuses on reliability and hands-on setup and strike of drape, furniture, and hardware at event venues.

Workload varies from 0-40+ hours per week depending on volume; you will work with a Crew Leader and team, load/unload gear, prepare for daily activities, and deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple events and stress on job sites.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload gear from company vehicles.
• Assist in sets and strikes at event venues.
• Prepare for daily activities in warehouse and on-site.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during events.
• Coordinate with Crew Leader and team members.
