Job summary

Quest Events is seeking an Event Installer to support crews at venues, loading and unloading equipment and setting up trade show or event spaces. You will work as part of a team, contribute to smooth installations, and help maintain a high level of customer service on-site.

Responsibilities include daily prep in the warehouse, assisting with sets and strikes, and completing warehouse tasks after events. A reliable, proactive attitude and fluency in English are required; some weeks may involve

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle events and stresses during consecutive days.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Reads, writes and speaks English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for daily activities in warehouse and on-site.
• Work with Crew Leader and crew members.
• Load and unload company vehicles at warehouse and on jobsites.
• Participate in sets and strikes at event venues.
• Complete warehouse tasks after on-site work.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
