Boomlions is seeking an Event Setup Assistant to support the preparation, organization, and breakdown of promotional events in a dynamic team environment. This entry-level role emphasizes hands-on work and reliability to ensure smooth event execution.

You will help set up spaces, displays, signage, and materials; assist with packing and transport; and keep areas tidy while following schedules. Training provided and opportunities to grow in event coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize supplies and equipment before each event.
• Help ensure event areas are clean, organized, and ready for attendees.
• Support team members with event activities and promotional materials.
• Assist with packing, transporting, and storing event supplies after activities conclude.
• Follow setup instructions and event schedules to help ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Communicate with team members to address setup needs and resolve logistical issues.
