Job summary

Pacific Hospitality Group is hiring for a hotel events setup position in Dallas. You will set up meeting rooms and event spaces, transport staging materials, and ensure timely, accurate function setup according to guest specifications (BEOs).

A safe, efficient breakdown after events is also required. The role requires attention to safety, ability to work with PPE, flexible scheduling including holidays, and basic math, English proficiency, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• No related experience and/or training required.
• Must communicate and interact with guests professionally.
• Basic math skills required.
• Must speak, read, write and understand English.
• Must have valid Driver's license and Food Handlers Card or willingness to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Sets up meeting rooms and event areas per guest specifications.
• Transports staging, tables, chairs and equipment between storage and event areas.
• Breaks down rooms and stores materials after events.
• Follows safety policies and uses PPE; reports safety issues to Event Manager.
• Performs duties with attention to safety and guest satisfaction.
• Works varied schedules including holidays.
