Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is seeking a Banquet Setup team member to prepare and dismantle event spaces for banquets and catering. You will arrange chairs, tables, stages, linens, and décor, ensuring precise, timely completion and a clean, safe work area for all events.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 1+ year related experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Basic MS Office skills and a valid driver’s license are needed, with certifications like Food Handler’s Card

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1+ year banquet setup experience preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills (Excel/Word/Outlook) may be used.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must obtain Food Handler's Card from the Cherokee Nation.
• Must complete Alcohol Awareness training by CNE.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Work environment may include smoke, noise, and bright lights.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down banquet and catering spaces with tables, chairs, stages, and décor.
• Ensure timely completion of all setup/teardown with attention to detail.
• Perform side duties per shift and maintain cleanliness.
• Uphold sanitation standards and safe working conditions.
• Maintain a sanitary environment for staff and guests.
• Follow safety protocols at all times during events.
