Qualifications

• 1+ year of banquet or event setup experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move equipment throughout the shift.
• Comfortable standing, bending, and working long hours.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Strong focus on cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Set up event spaces, including tables, chairs, linens, buffets, dance floors, and staging per floor plans.
• Arrange and move furniture, AV equipment, podiums, and event materials.
• Assist with decor setup alongside event coordinators and clients.
• Break down events, clean and reset rooms to standard conditions.
• Support service teams with beverage stations, water service, and restocking supplies.
• Maintain the cleanliness of event areas, including sweeping, vacuuming, and equipment storage.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Provide friendly, professional service during all events.
